Wedge Salad with Warm Bacon-Ranch Dressing

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Let drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, next 6 ingredients, and reserved bacon drippings. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over lettuce wedges, and sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
