Tangy Garlic Wings

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup ketchup
  2. ½ cup butter, melted
  3. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  5. 2 teaspoons chili powder
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  7. 2 dashes hot sauce
  8. 4½ pounds chicken wings
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together ketchup and next 6 ingredients. Add wings, tossing to coat; cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°. Line large rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  3. Place wings on prepared pans in a single layer, and brush with marinade.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
