St. Patrick’s Day is a big deal in Paula’s hometown of Savannah. For nearly 200 years, the city’s Irish Heritage organizations have held a parade through the historic streets, and the city’s Forsyth Fountain is dyed green for the day. Citizens from all across Savannah come out to celebrate all things Irish.
