Ingredients
  1. 1 cup vegetable oil
  2. ½ cup honey
  3. ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  5. 2 teaspoons sugar
  6. 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  7. 2 teaspoons ketchup
  8. ½ teaspoon paprika
  9. ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  10. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  11. ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  12. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  13. 1 egg yolk
  14. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  15. 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together oil and next 11 ingredients, and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk, cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon water. Whisk egg mixture into oil mixture, and cook, whisking constantly, for 10 minutes. Let cool completely; refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
