  1. 4 (13-ounce) cans peach nectar
  2. 2 (12-ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrated, thawed
  3. 1½ cups tequila
  4. ½ cup peach schnapps
  5. ½ cup fresh lime juice
  6. Garnish: lime wedges
  1. In a large pitcher, stir together peach nectar and remaining 4 ingredients. Pour mixture into heavy-duty resealable plastic bags, and freeze for at least 8 hours or up to 2 months. Spoon mixture into glasses, and garnish with lime, if desired.
  1. There’s just enough alcohol in this drink mixture in it to keep it from freezing solid. When it comes out of the freezer, it’s the perfect semi-frozen texture.
