  1. 2 pounds ground chuck
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. 1 cup chopped celery
  4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  5. 3 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
  6. 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
  7. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
  9. 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  10. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  12. Hamburger buns
  1. In a large skillet, cook ground chuck, onion, celery, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain. Return beef mixture to skillet. Add tomato sauce and next 6 ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until very thick. Serve with hamburger buns.
