Shrimp Salad on Pumpernickel Toast

Serves 6
Ingredients
- ¹⁄³ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups cooked salad shrimp
- ½ cup diced celery
- Toasted sliced pumpernickel bread
- Garnish: fresh dill
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and next 7 ingredients. Add shrimp and celery, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve on pumpernickel bread, and garnish with dill, if desired.
