Shrimp Salad on Pumpernickel Toast

Ingredients
  1. ¹⁄³ cup mayonnaise
  2. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  5. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  6. ½ teaspoon salt
  7. ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  8. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  9. 4 cups cooked salad shrimp
  10. ½ cup diced celery
  11. Toasted sliced pumpernickel bread
  12. Garnish: fresh dill
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and next 7 ingredients. Add shrimp and celery, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serve on pumpernickel bread, and garnish with dill, if desired.
