Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  1. 3 (15-ounce) cans chick peas, rinsed and drained
  2. 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
  3. 1/3 cup tahini
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  6. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients, and process until smooth.
