
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Makes about 4 cups
Ingredients
- 3 (15-ounce) cans chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
- In the work bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients, and process until smooth.
