Roasted Green Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
  1. 1½ pounds fresh French green beans
  2. 2 (3.5-ounce) packages shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
  3. 2 shallots, sliced
  4. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  5. ½ teaspoon salt
  6. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. ½ lemon
  8. Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. On a large baking sheet, toss together green beans and next 5 ingredients; arrange in a single layer.
  3. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until green beans just begin to brown.
  4. Squeeze lemon over beans, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
