
Raspberry Lemonade

Makes about 2 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice, chilled (about 10 lemons)
- 2 cups ice water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
- Garnish: fresh raspberries, lemon slices
Instructions
- In the work bowl of a food processor, process raspberries until smooth. Strain mixture into a large pitcher, discarding solids. To pitcher, stir in lemon juice, water, and sugar until sugar dissolves; stir in soda. Garnish servings with raspberries and lemon, if desired.
