  1. 1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
  2. 1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
  3. 1 (32-ounce) bottle cranberry juice, chilled
  4. 1 (12-ounce) container frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  5. 3 cups lemon-flavored rum (optional)
  6. Garnish: pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, lemon slices
  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, gently stir together all ingredients. Garnish servings with pineapple, cherry, and lemon, if desired.
