Ingredients
  1. 4 cups water
  2. 5¼ teaspoons instant espresso powder
  3. 1 cup whole milk
  4. 2½ cups White Chocolate Ganache (recipe follows)
  5. ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  6. Chopped soft peppermint candies
  7. Sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in espresso until dissolved. Stir in milk, White Chocolate Ganache, and extract, and bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute.
  2. Lightly dip rims of mugs into water, then in chopped peppermint. Pour espresso mixture into mugs, and top with whipped cream and peppermint; serve immediately.

  1. 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  2. 4 (4-ounce) bars white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
  1. In the top of double boiler, cook cream and chocolate over medium heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
