Toss some peaches into your fresh summer tomato salad.

Peach-Tomato Salad with Herbed Buttermilk Dressing

  1. 1/2 cup buttermilk
  2. 1/3 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  5. 1 tablespoon tarragon or white wine vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
  9. 4 peaches, peeled, halved, pitted, and sliced
  10. 2 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk and next 6 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
  2. On a serving platter, arrange tomatoes, peaches, and avocados, and drizzle with buttermilk mixture. Serve immediately.
