Minted Berry Salad

Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 2 pints fresh blackberries
  4. 2 pints fresh raspberries
  5. 2 pints fresh blueberries
  6. 6 fresh kiwis, peeled, quartered and sliced
  7. 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add all fruit and mint, stirring gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
