Minted Berry Salad

Makes 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 pints fresh blackberries
- 2 pints fresh raspberries
- 2 pints fresh blueberries
- 6 fresh kiwis, peeled, quartered and sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add all fruit and mint, stirring gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
