  4. 1½ tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
  5. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  6. 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  7. ½ teaspoon celery seeds
  8. 8 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, and cook, stirring frequently, for 6 minutes or until softened.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cooked onion, ground chuck, and next 4 ingredients. Divide mixture into 8 portions, and shape each into a 4-inch patty.
  3. Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°).
