This Ginger Cranberry Cider is a refreshing beverage to serve at any autumnal event.
Ginger Cranberry Cider
Serves: 2½ quarts
Ingredients
- 1 (64-ounce) container cranberry juice cocktail
- 16 ounces ginger beer*or strong ginger ale
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring cranberry juice, ginger beer, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally. Reduce heat to low, and stir in apples. Serve warm.
