Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  2. 3 tablespoons honey
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  4. 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  5. 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  6. 1 (10-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach
  7. 1 (6-ounce) bag fresh arugula
  8. 3 oranges, sectioned
  9. 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed, blanched, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  10. 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  11. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  12. 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
  1. In the container of a blender, process together vinegar and next 3 ingredients until combined. with blender running, add oil in a slow, steady stream until well combined. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together spinach and next 5 ingredients. Top with chicken, and serve with dressing.
