Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
Makes about 6 cups
  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 8 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry extract
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Beat in strawberries and extract until well combined.
