Spicy Sour Cream
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 medium lime, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime zest and juice, and all remaining ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving or up to 3 days.
