Spicy Sour Cream
Serves: about ½ cup
 
Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime zest and juice, and all remaining ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving or up to 3 days.
