Ginger Cranberry Cider
Serves: 2½ quarts
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (64-ounce) container cranberry juice cocktail
  • 16 ounces ginger beer*or strong ginger ale
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, bring cranberry juice, ginger beer, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally. Reduce heat to low, and stir in apples. Serve warm.
