Pickled Onions
Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup warm water, sugar, and salt until dissolved; stir in vinegar. Stir in onion. Let stand for 1 hour. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
