Cream Cheese Frosting
Serves: 4 cups
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed until creamy.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream and vanilla with a mixer at medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Reduce mixer speed to low; gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese until combined. Use immediately.
