Cream Cheese Frosting
Serves: Makes 1¼ cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add milk and salt, beating until smooth. Use immediately.
