Coconut Glaze
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ to ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar and coconut milk until smooth. Stir in shredded coconut.
