Coconut Glaze
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ to ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
- In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar and coconut milk until smooth. Stir in shredded coconut.
