Coconut Whipped Cream
Makes about 3 cups
  • 1½cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream and sugar with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add coconut milk, beating until stiff peaks form.
