Coconut Whipped Cream
- 1½cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
- In a large bowl, beat cream and sugar with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add coconut milk, beating until stiff peaks form.
