Creamy Rémoulade
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for up to 3 days.
