Honey Bacon Butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Kitchen Tip: Let the Bacon Butter stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before you serve it with the hoecakes.
