Homemade Croutons
 
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 cups (1-inch cubed) baguette
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss together ingredients until well coated.
  3. Bake until golden brown, 6 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
