Homemade Croutons
- 3 cups (1-inch cubed) baguette
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- On a rimmed baking sheet, toss together ingredients until well coated.
- Bake until golden brown, 6 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
