Lime and Mint Berry Salad
 
Makes about 7 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 cups quartered fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, torn
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey. Gently stir in all fruit and mint until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
