White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Makes about 5 cups
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (16-ounce) package confectioners’ sugar
  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, cook chocolate on low in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth (about 1½ minutes total). Let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat all cream cheese and butter with a mixer at medium speed until creamy. Beat in melted chocolate and vanilla until well combined. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until fluffy. Use immediately.
