Green Beans with Browned Butter and Pecans
Makes 8 servings
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 (12-ounce) packages frozen whole green beans, cooked according to package directions and drained well
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until butter is browned and has a nutty aroma. Stir in pecans, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until toasted. Add green beans, tossing gently to coat, and cook just until heated through. Serve immediately.
