Cherry Slaw
 
Cherry Slaw Makes 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (12-ounce) package broccoli slaw
  • 1 (10-ounce) package angel hair coleslaw
  • 2 cups matchstick jicama
  • 2 cups quartered pitted fresh cherries
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice and next 4 ingredients. Add slaw mixture and all remaining ingredients, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
