
Double-Decker Club Sandwiches

Serves 6
Ingredients
- 18 slices sourdough sandwich bread, toasted
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 6 slices dill Havarti cheese
- Mustard-Thyme Slaw (recipe follows)
- 1 pound sliced deli honey ham
- 1 (1-pound) package bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1 pound sliced deli smoked turkey
- 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spread one side of each bread slice with softened butter.
- Top 6 slices bread, butter side up, with Havarti, Mustard-Thyme Slaw, ham, and bacon. Cover each with 1 slice bread, butter side up. Top bread with turkey, tomato, Cheddar, and remaining bread slices, butter side down. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.

Mustard-Thyme Slaw

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package angel hair coleslaw
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; stir in slaw. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
