Ingredients
  1. 18 slices sourdough sandwich bread, toasted
  2. ½ cup butter, softened
  3. 6 slices dill Havarti cheese
  4. Mustard-Thyme Slaw (recipe follows)
  5. 1 pound sliced deli honey ham
  6. 1 (1-pound) package bacon, cooked until crisp
  7. 1 pound sliced deli smoked turkey
  8. 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  9. 6 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Spread one side of each bread slice with softened butter.
  2. Top 6 slices bread, butter side up, with Havarti, Mustard-Thyme Slaw, ham, and bacon. Cover each with 1 slice bread, butter side up. Top bread with turkey, tomato, Cheddar, and remaining bread slices, butter side down. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.

Ingredients
  1. ½ cup mayonnaise
  2. ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  3. 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  4. 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  5. ¼ teaspoon salt
  6. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. 1 (10-ounce) package angel hair coleslaw
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; stir in slaw. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
