Makes 2 dozen
Ingredients
- 12 slices prosciutto, halved diagonally
- 24 long thin crisp breadsticks*
- 1 (1-ounce) package fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Wrap one piece of prosciutto around bottom-fourth of each breadstick to create a triangle shape at one end. Using kitchen shears, make thin vertical cuts into prosciutto to resemble bristles of a broom. Place on prepared pans, and cover breadsticks with aluminum foil, leaving prosciutto ends exposed.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp. Remove from oven, and let cool for 10 minutes. Tie a chive around prosciutto, and trim excess.
Notes
- *We used Alessi Thin Breadsticks.
