Creamy Tomato Soup

Pair this tomato soup with cheese toast bites for a quick dinner, or pack it for lunch with a salad.

  1. 2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
  2. 1 (14.5-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  3. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  4. 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  5. 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  6. ½ teaspoon salt
  7. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. In the container of a blender, combine all ingredients, and process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium saucepan, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through.
