Ingredients
  1. 1 (9-ounce) jar Major Grey’s chutney
  2. ⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. ½ teaspoon curry powder
  5. 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  6. 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
  7. ⅔ cup raisins
  8. ⅔ cup chopped toasted walnuts
  9. ¼ cup chopped green onion
  10. Whole wheat sandwich bread
  11. Green leaf lettuce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together chutney and next 3 ingredients. Add chicken and next 4 ingredients, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve on bread with lettuce, if desired.
