Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds radishes, halved
  2. ¼ cup minced fresh chives, divided
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss together radishes, 2 tablespoons chives, oil, salt, and pepper; arrange in single layer.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons chives. Serve immediately.
