Cheesy Sausage Soup

Ingredients
  1. 1 (1-pound) package mild ground sausage
  2. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1 cup chopped onion
  5. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  6. 2 (32-ounce) cartons chicken broth
  7. ½ (32-ounce) package frozen cubed hash browns
  8. 1 cup frozen corn
  9. 1 (16-ounce) package processed cheese product,* cubed
  10. 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. In a large Dutch oven, cook sausage and next 3 ingredients over medium heat for 10 minutes or until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Add flour, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Gradually stir in broth, hash browns, and corn, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in cheese until melted; stir in sour cream (do not boil).
