Carolina Mustard Sauce


Sweet and tangy, this Carolina Mustard Sauce adds just a little heat to your smoked meat.

Makes about 1½ cups

  1. 1 cup yellow mustard
  2. ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, balsamic vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Cover and chill for up to 1 week.
