Carolina Mustard Sauce
Makes about 1½ cups

- 1 cup yellow mustard
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, balsamic vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Cover and chill for up to 1 week.
