  1. 8 ears fresh corn, shucked
  2. 1/3 cup butter, softened
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°).
  2. Brush corn with butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
  3. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
