Broccoli and Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon butter
  2. 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  5. 1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  6. 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  7. 2 1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
  8. 1/4 cup very thinly sliced red onion
  9. 2 cups shredded fontina cheese
  10. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Remove from skillet; let cool 5 minutes, and thinly slice.
  2. In the work bowl of a food processor, process tomatoes until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Unroll dough on prepared pan, and press dough to fit pan. Brush with tomato purée, and top with chicken, broccoli, onion, and cheeses.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
