Bibb and Radish Salad
with Buttermilk Dressing

Makes 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 heads Bibb lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups sliced radishes
- Garnish: fresh dill
Instructions
- In a screw-top jar, combine buttermilk and next 7 ingredients. Secure lid on jar, and shake vigorously until mixture is combined. Refrigerate up to 5 days.
- In a large serving bowl, toss together lettuce and radishes. Add buttermilk dressing, tossing to combine. Serve immediately; garnish with dill, if desired.
