Balsamic-Glazed Broccoli

Makes 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 bunches broccoli, cut into florets and steamed until crisp-tender
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, cook vinegar over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until reduced by half. Stir in butter and next 3 ingredients until melted. Drizzle over broccoli, tossing gently to coat.
