Roasted Rainbow Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages baby rainbow carrots, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until well combined. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
