Ingredients
  1. 2 (8-ounce) packages baby rainbow carrots, halved lengthwise
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  5. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until well combined. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
