Roasted Green Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds fresh French green beans
- 2 (3.5-ounce) packages shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ lemon
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- On a large baking sheet, toss together green beans and next 5 ingredients; arrange in a single layer.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until green beans just begin to brown.
- Squeeze lemon over beans, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
