Ranch Burger

Ranch Burger
Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1 pound ground chuck
  6. 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  9. 4 hamburger buns, split, and toasted
  10. Zesty Ranch Sauce
  11. Toppings: crispy cooked bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato
Instructions
  1. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic; cook, 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender. Let cool 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, onion mixture, bleu cheese, salt, and pepper until well blended. Shape mixture into 4 (5-inch) patties.
  3. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350º to 400º) for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve on toasted buns with Zesty Ranch Sauce and desired toppings.
