White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. 6 (1-ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
  2. 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  3. 1 cup butter, softened
  4. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  5. 6 cups confectioners’ sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a small saucepan, combine white chocolate and cream. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, and cool for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Add white chocolate mixture, beating until combined. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Beat in vanilla.
