Easy Greek Salad

Easy Greek Salad
  1. 1/2 cup olive oil
  2. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  3. 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
  4. 1 (10-ounce) bag torn romaine lettuce
  5. 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  6. 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
  7. 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  8. 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, and Greek seasoning, whisking until combined.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, olives, and red onion. Add desired amount of dressing, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
