Traditional Pizza Crust
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 pound andouille sausage, chopped
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 cup shredded fontina cheese
Preheat oven to 450°.
over crust; sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Top evenly with sausage, peppers, and onion. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and fontina cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned.
Makes 1 (15-inch) pizza
