Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds beef stew meat
  2. 3 large carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
  3. 2 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  4. 1 (14.5-ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
  5. 1 (14.5-ounce) can beef broth
  6. 1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
  7. 1/2 cup red wine
  8. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  9. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
  1. In a 6-quart electric slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover, and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours, or until beef is tender.
Makes 8 servings
